After studying Chemistry at university, I followed the well-trodden path of taking a research position in the pharmaceutical industry. Although I enjoyed many aspects of my job, such as problem solving and working as part of dedicated team, I soon realised that the laboratory was not where my passion lies.

In 1998 I left research to pursue a career in sales and marketing and I haven't looked back since!

I have worked for a number of pharmaceutical companies in the UK and been responsible for leading brands and product launches in both primary and secondary care. I have worked in many therapy areas such as Parkinson's Disease, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Diabetes, Female Sexual Health, Oncology and Medical Devices.

In 2011 I moved with my family to Karlsruhe, Germany and started my consultancy business. Since then, I have worked with teams in both the UK and Germany to drive their business forward. I have coached new starters through their first brand management role, I have led brand strategy development and I have assisted the tactical implementation of marketing plans. I have led various projects from therapy review to internal marketing programmes.

I enjoy working in the healthcare and pharmaceutical arena and love helping teams to make their goals a reality.
